Delivery and Shipping

We will always ship your order as quickly as possible. Our working week is Monday to Friday. If you place an order during the working week and the products you have ordered are in stock, we will normally dispatch them within two days of the day of the order, unless you order on a Friday, in which case we may dispatch your order on the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest. If the products you have ordered are out of stock, then we will inform you that there may be a delay. If we consider that the delay is too long, we will send you the items that are in stock and send the remainder when they come into stock. You will only be charged for one delivery no matter how many deliveries we need to send to fulfil your initial order.

We will email you when we have dispatched your order so that you know is on its way and when you are likely to receive it, based on the details below.

It is our normal practice to use Royal Mail for our deliveries but we may use other couriers from time to time. You can select Royal Mail First Class, Signed For or Next Working Day Delivery when you place your order. If you would like Next Day Delivery, we ask you to make sure that you place your order before 1pm on the previous working day (Monday to Friday). "Next Working Day" means that an order placed before 1pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless that is a Bank Holiday, in which case the delivery day would be Tuesday. If you place your order after 1pm, we will process your order the following working day, which may be the following Tuesday if you place an order on a Friday afternoon and the following Monday is a Bank Holiday.

We may send your delivery as a "signed for" parcel, so please can you make sure that you provide any special delivery instructions for it be left with a neighbour or in a designated safe place, if you may not be in when it is delivered.

If your delivery arrives when you are not in, our courier should leave a note to say that they have tried to deliver a parcel and been unable to do so. In this case, the delivery will either be returned to the courier's depot, for collection by you or re-delivery, dependent on the specific delivery arrangements we have in place. If you have given instructions when you placed your order, the courier will leave your parcel in the place you have requested such as safe places around your premises or with a neighbour. You should note that if you specify any such arrangement, or have such an arrangement with your neighbour, any parcel will be left at your risk. If the delivery is not in any of the normal places, you should contact your normal Royal Mail sorting office and see if they have a parcel for you.

Delivery period: Typically 1 to 3 days from dispatch. You may need sign for the package.

Next Working Day Delivery

Delivery period: Typically 1 day from dispatch. You will need to sign for the package.

The Next Working Day Delivery service is available to all UK post codes including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey, except the following post codes, which are not available due to Royal Mail restrictions:

We will do all we can to enable you to have next day delivery but we will not accept a request for a refund of delivery charge where our courier has attempted or has been unable to deliver to you for operational reasons.
  4. Where you have requested Next Working Day Delivery, if you are not available to accept and sign for the delivery and have not left specific instructions for delivery in those circumstances and your delivery does not therefore take place on the next day, we will not refund any delivery charge.
  5. Next Working Day Delivery will normally take place before 6pm on the day of delivery.


Overseas/International Delivery

Delivery Period: (Usually 5 to 10 days from dispatch)

Cost: £14.00

Comments:

Any customs charges or additional import costs that apply in the destination country and upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer and are outside the control of Ceirys Designer Jewellery.

Brexit:

Now that the UK has left the EU, we are required to complete a customs declaration and put the price of the product on the declaration. It is therefore possible that you will be charged the Vat that operates in your country on the product, even though we are not Vat registered.

Furthermore, you may also be charged a customs, administration and import charges in addition, depending on the laws/rules in your country. We regret that any Vat and customs/admin/import charges would be your responsibility and we would not be able to help you with any additional costs.
