How to order from Ceirys Designer Jewellery



Making a purchase order from Ceirys Designer Jewellery could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in to your shopping basket.

The items that you have selected can be viewed at any time via the "Your Basket" tab near the top of the page.

When you have completed your selections click on "Checkout" to complete your order. You will be asked to provide delivery and payment details via secure web pages. Please review your order carefully before submission to avoid problems.

If you make a mistake during ordering please contact us as soon as possible.

If you would like to pay by Paypal, after finishing your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for details that we will need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment via Paypal and by credit and debit cards.

Once you have placed your order we will send an email to confirm that we have received your order and payment.


If you a place an order via this website, you are making an offer to Ceirys Designer Jewellery to buy the products detailed in your order, on the terms described in your order.

When you place an order, you must provide full and complete details of the delivery address and the address to which your credit/debit card statement is sent, to ensure that payment can be authorised by your card issuer.

If you are paying by credit or debit card, you will need to have your credit or debit card to hand. We may require "3D Secure", which is an online form of chip and pin for your card on our checkout and your payment will not be accepted without you going through the online security procedures controlled by your bank or card issuer. These are called "Mastercard SecureCode" and "Verified by Visa". If you have not already registered for 3D Secure with your bank or card issuer, you will be given the opportunity to do so during the checkout process. This process is in place to reduce card fraud and stops anyone else using your card for online purchases.

We do not have access to your card details, which are only seen and held by our online authorising company.

Do I have to Register on the Ceirys Designer Jewellery website to place an Order?


No, you can buy as a guest without registering but it is much better if you do register when placing your order. Setting up an account couldn't be easier. You can either do it when you make your first purchase or by clicking on "Sign In/Register" at the top right hand side of the page and following the instructions. Your log in name will be your email address and you will need to create a password that is a minimum of 8 characters long and includes at least one capital letter and one number. We do not see your password on our "back office" systems. It is held in our servers but to improve your security, in case you have used your password on another website, we keep it secret.

Shopping is made even easier when you register your details, as the system remembers your name and address.

We ask for certain personal information to enable us to process your order and deliver it. We protect this personal information in accordance with our Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

Can I place an Order over the Phone?


We do not take orders over the phone, but we can provide you with help and advice with your order if you phone us on the Contact Us phone number (01785 819581) Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

Will I receive confirmation of my Order?


We will send you a confirmation that we have received your order, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted.

A contract between you and Ceirys Designer Jewellery for the sale of the products you have ordered will only exist when your order has been dispatched to you.

You will also be sent an email when you order has been dispatched.

Can I change my Order?

It depends on what stage your order has reached. We do try to process all our orders as soon as possible after they have been placed so that you receive them quickly. If you find you need to change your order, you should call us immediately on the Contact Us phone number (01785 819581) Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays) as there may be an opportunity to make the changes you require. If the order is already in progress in our warehouse then it will not be possible to make changes and the order will be sent as it was placed. Our team will of course help you resolve any issues this may present.

Can I cancel my order?


You can cancel an order for any reason up to the point of dispatch, but as we try to process all our orders quickly then we strongly recommend you call us on Contact Us phone number (01785 819581) Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays) as soon as possible after you place the order to ask us to cancel. If possible, please make sure you have your order number to hand. You will find this on your order confirmation email. See our Returns Policy for details of your statutory Right to Cancel an Order.

When will my Order be Delivered?

Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 5 working days. International orders may take a little longer. Please contact us for information on overseas charges and deliveries.

We dispatch all orders either the same day if made in the morning or the very next working day at the latest. Orders that are required expedited the option to take at checkout is special delivery for a guaranteed next day delivery service.

Please note: The price charged for delivery of any item includes the cost of postage, packaging materials and order processing costs and the postage price seen on the package is only a part of these costs.


If purchases are being made for gifts, i.e. birthdays, anniversarys, wedding days, christenings etc. we strongly urge that the special delivery option is taken to ensure next day delivery.
